Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps children of all abilities to develop and maximize the skills necessary for independent living. At Atlanta Kids OT, we incorporate play based activities to make therapy fun and engaging for each child while continuously assessing their development.

Our pediatric occupational therapists work together to create the best environment for our children and their families. We utilize a family centered and play based approach to make therapy meaningful and comprehensive. We focus on tailoring sessions to best support each child’s mind and body development in order to help them better manage their emotions, adapt to different environments/situations, and participate successfully in their daily lives as independently as possible. We are continuously keeping current in our field through continuing education and training on different areas including motor development, cognitive development, and sensory integration.
